Professional supervision

1 : 1 and small group sessions available in person and online

A kaupapa Māori approach to supervision is Tiriti-led and strengths based. We will work to identify your strengths and tackle challenges in your mahi. This style of supervision is recommended for anyone working toward a Tiriti-led society, no matter the level of comprehension or understanding.

Sessions are 1 hour long, based in kaupapa Māori alongside the values of your mahi/work or organisation. Sessions can be online or ā kanohi/in person (available in the lower North Island). Sessions utilise karakia/blessings, pūrākau/ legends, and Māori values.

Professional supervision is recommended for anyone looking to safeguard their cultural safety and wellbeing in the workplace, develop their professional competence, communication and problem solving.

Team building

Workshops catered to your team’s needs and vision for a safe, inclusive, and Tiriti-led workplace.

Mana-enhancing feedback - This 1 hour workshop explores and links ‘mana’ and ‘feedback’ in the modern workplace. This suits both new teams and already established teams who need a refresher in constructive communication.

Foundations workshop - This interactive 3 hour workshop will establish and ensure kaimahi understand the purpose of karakia/blessing, kawa/protocols and kaupapa/guiding values. This strengths-based, collaborative approach will ensure everyone feels safe and heard, working towards common goals.
